Doesn't sound very nice!

Riri said:Have been feeling down lately and this morning everything seemed to be a whole lot worse. Husband and I meant to be going out with rest of my family but after getting up the whole idea of going out and trying to have a good time overwhelmed me and I knew I wouldn't be able to go. I've got a severe outbreak of acne which has really depressed me. No one is being helpful either and I keep getting texts saying that I just need to get to town and I'll feel better. I've been crying on and off all morning. I've had a few problems with feeling a bit low with diabetes management but today is the worse I've felt in a long while. Guess I need to ride this storm out and hope I feel better soon. Could cry for Britain today.
Ooh, thats ok then, might actually try it, thanks for the tipdawnmc said:It's a herb Brett lol, and its wort not wart.
I did see this article today Riri about milk being a trigger,Riri said:Thanks everyone. It sooo helps to hear from people in the same type of boat! The acne thing has been ongoing for over 18 months and GP tried every anti biotic and cream under the sun. On a long waiting list to see a specialist dermatologist now. Friend told me yesterday that dairy could be a trigger? As i eat/drink a lot of cheese and milk i will try cutting it out to see if it helps. Will also look at the H&B stuff. Big hugs back all

Riri said:Thanks for all the positive and helpful replies. Have showered and even that has made me feel slightly better. I was on lymecycline for about 8 weeks and it did start to clear the acne but the only trouble is it shot my stomach and diabetes to bits and I ended up in hosp I'll with ketones. Had a break off any ABs and then re-started after about 4 months and the same thing again. I was eating a lot of natural yogurt to try and help my stomach whilst on them but I just can't seem to tolerate then long term. I have great friends in work and I can text them any time so that helps. Sometimes family members including my husband are just too close. Will read the article on milk next. Thanks again - just taking on here help a lot.
