Well I'm feeling quite pleased with myself today.
Started testing results so far on waking 11.1 eeek had porridge and tea and 30 minutes on the x trainer - tested two hours later and I was at 6.8. Then lunchtime test was 7.1 after a wholemeal role with egg and cress.
Still to do rest of day but thought that was quite good.
Also lost more weight and waist is down another 1.5 cms so since being told I was diabetic back in June I've lost 1.5 stones and 2.4 inches and gone from a size 22/24 to a size 20 - yippeee so i get to buy new clothers for my holiday in two weeks.
Lot more energy too :0)
