I've never felt quite like this before, I've been really irritable and very unwell for a week or two, dizziness, lethargy, jittery, breathlessness after just a few steps, a few headaches, none of which is that unusual, but I've also got this strange 'empty' feeling in my stomach even after eating, but it feels different from hunger.
I'm testing BG a lot as often it feels like a hypo but it isn't, BG is staying pretty much as it has been for a few weeks now, between 7 and 16 (**** liver dumps!) although sometimes it drops from say, 16 to 8-10 very quickly, but this feeling ill is all the time, not just on those occasions. I've read about false hypos and carb craving, but isn't that usually in the first week or so of low-carbing? (I didn't have any cravings at the start) I've been on it nearly 7weeks now, although it seems much longer than that!

I did reduce fats just a little bit, swapped double cream for single cream and had slightly smaller snacks of cheese, after someone here suggested my weight had stabilised because I was eating to much calorific fat, but I've increased it again over the last few days with no difference, I'm not over bothered about my weight at the moment, i just want to get rid of this awful feeling and be able to get out again - I don't feel safe to drive.

I'm having my next hba1c next Monday and seeing DN following week.

Good luck for next week and I hope you feel better soon

Forgot to mention, I'm having a maximum of 50g carbs a day, although it's usually more like 20, I say 50 to cover any hidden ones
I did wonder if it might be too low? I didn't realise that so many people on here are on much more than that, I thought everyone was on very low carbs until I saw a thread a bit earlier.
