From what you say, It appears that you only get these problems some time after eating. With a reading of 2.2 you are definitely hypo. your symptoms suggest this also.
My partner gets a similar problem if she eats too much carb with a meal, as it creates a strong second stage insulin release, which drops her into a hypo. It's called a reative hypo.
try cutting the amount of carb in your meals, and you will probably find things will improve. My partner has to adjust her meal size to ensure her post meal bloods stop below 7 (approx 10g of carb ) to stop the strong insulin rush. All this and she's controling by diet only. I'm on meds and luckily don't to get the hypos.
The gliclicide will be accelerating this problem. Its the carbs that are causing it
