Feet sensation

I have the sensation in my feet that I have a tight pair of shoes on all the time. It feels like the skin is shrunk.
Also there is a feeling in my toes that I have frost bite. Cold floors don't feel cold to me because my feet already feel cold.
roblem: Could this be caused by my dibetes?

My feet are very dry and feel like the skin is too small. Tingling in the toes is the most common symptom of neuropathy. Before my BS was controlled I used to get electric shock type pains in my toes.
