Finally get how to work out correct bolus amounts

Watched this video and It really made it simple and easy to work out. I feel proud of myself for learning brings me one step closer to better control. Few less hypos hopefully now too. If you dont want to watch the video the formula is this,

Add your Basal and amount of Bolus together and divide by 500 to get the amount 1 unit that will cover 10g of carbs.
