Is there any quick way of finding a recipe on the forum without having to trawl through dozens of them there does not seem to be any kind of index for them. For example how would I find a recipe for say a low carb chicken casserole if there was one on there

I went to food, nutrition and recipes and typed "chicken casserole" (in quotes so the words won't get separated) and this came up
http://www.diabetes.co.uk/forum/threads/scandis-recipes.55882/#post-519604
There's a casserole there if you scroll down a bit.
I would go easy on the white wine and I don't thicken with flour. Sometimes I take the meat out of the casserole and reduce the liquid by boiling.
Hope this helps.

yup, I just google 'low carb chicken casserole'
Very often, the DCUK recipe posts are listed in the search results.
