Hi all just got back from my first meds/diabetes review the good news is I have managed to eliminate all signs of ketones in my urine tests still a little high in sugars though.
The LCHF is working and have lost a further 8 kilos in 4 weeks just need to be careful now not to drop much further as told my ideal weight should be around 75 kilos and now at 80.4 kilos
But now my blood pressure is now up at 140/90 so got to keep checks on that and my meds have been increased to help compat the liver dumping at night .
So thanks to you all for your help and advice in helping me to achieve this and this just goes to show a little help does go a long way .
The next round is on me

Well done @eldergarth on reducing your blood sugars and weight! Did you tell your GP you were doing LCHF, and if so what was the reaction?
And mine's a large Merlot please!

Hi @Prem51 yes I did tell them about lchf diet and was surprised that the response was positive but then they added you can still have carps but just in moderation .
So isnt that the same as saying a lchf diet works
