I do feel at the moment that I have "information overload" having trawled through so many video presentations and threads on here. I've become a complete diet/diabetes bore to all my family and friends Most of them have been supportive but it might get to the point where they hide when they see me coming (blush) .. lol.
I hear you! That's where a journal comes in . (Or just coming in here.) My Mr Svea is very patient! But I see your point. (My friends way less so, but only one or two of them actually say it lol.) I would say though, whether or not you take medications is the first big decision about your diabetes management/treatment you will make. I hope those book references are a help.
