Just had the CGM running for a week and learned so much from the results, completely altered diet etc based on advice here mainly low carb.
My Hba1c in July was 53. The CGM estimates it at 39 with a week's data, says 98% in range and average BG is 6.4.
The one 's data is worth more than all my GP and nurse appointments put together. I feel I have a chance of managing this after all. Thank you.
