If you've no other complications - anything you like !! Salmon, mackerel, sardines...
I've got gout so I stay away from anchovies, but other than that I have prawns, scallops, shrimps, tuna ...

If you have a meter then just try it and see - I doubt you'll go wrong.

I've started eating tinned fish at lunch times now, usually sardines in mackerel in all sorts of sauces, just to make them exciting! And they are usually on offer in the main super markets....

Any kind of fish, but preferably not breaded or 'dusted' and oily fish is preferred for the Omega 3.

If you're on a budget there is a lot of cheap tinned wild fish out there, I got tinned Moroccan sardines for 49p last week in a discount store.
