Flu and Pneumonia jabs

I had both jabs on Friday and since then I have really struggled to get my blood sugar to be under 20. I have probably given an extra 30 units in these last two days and it hasn't really made a difference. Is this common?

Hi disaster123.
No pneumonia jabs but I had flu jabs in the past. Previously I was fine but this shot, this year, caused nausea, vomiting and made me feel very ill. Unfortunately I did not take my blood sugars at the time (no strips - **** you NHS). Maybe different strains of the jab each year cause different reactions?
