Flushed and feeling feverish, what is wrong ?

Hi,

I am flushed, have slight headache, and feeling feverish. Could there be something wrong ? Should I worry about it ? If yes, what can I do ?

Sounds like you are coming down with something.Have you checked your blood sugars today? If you feel really concerned about it contact your doctor or discuss it with NHS24.

No, not checked BS, and I am outside the UK at the moment.

Have been with low carb diet, taking medications, etc, exercising ... and have had a flu jab a few months ago.

If you have picked up an infection, it needn't be diabetes related. However, infections put BG up, so keep checking

In SE Asia, but have not been out in the sun. Have a sore throat and body aches, guess something is building up. Am keeping with warm fluids. However, do not feel too good to go on treadmill to do my daily walks.

Just wanted to tell everyone that I had a cold and feeling better now. Kept to hot drinks, diet and exercise. All well.
