Just quickly checking in with everyone to see how you’re all doing?

While you were away, I had an HbA1c test with a drop in level from 41 to 36 that I wasn’t expecting. Realistically that was all down to reduced carbs and higher fats since just about a month ago after being stuck in a groove at 41 for several years. I am quite stunned with the outcome.
