When are we to stop taking folic acid???? xx
 
You are meant to take it til you are 12weeks gone but I dont think it matters if you take it for longer x

Why don't you discuss your folic acid intake wt your obstetrician cos continuous intake of folic acid may be linked to tongue tie in newborns
