Food And Drink ?!

Right guys am back, so am now on my medication but am really stuck on what to eat or drink obviously water is best but on a serious note there's only so much I can drink of that a day,
So do any of you lovely people have any ideas for me to try or suggest something very tasty
Am type 2
 
I detest water so I Don, t drink that. I do drink tea and zero coke.
I eat alot of plain fish with veg
 
I drink pepsi max which is zero sugar and for food you can't go wrong with a good steak!
 
@Kaylee2492 - Hi . Go to the top of the page and click on Forums. Scroll down until you come to FOOD and NUTRITION - there you will see all kinds of threads on various diets etc. Just click on any that you like.
