Hi @Igor288700 , welcome to the forum.

It looks like you're reading our forum through translation software. Which is of course perfectly fine, but the software doesn't translate your text back to English for us, which makes it unreadable for almost all of us.

This is what it looks like when we see it:

Can you please translate your posts before posting them?
I'm tagging @Zhnyaka , who may be able to help you out with the best method to do so.

As for your question, which google translates as "I really want to ask for help! My nurse categorically prevents me from visiting the doctor! I need to solve this problem! this forum is my last hope!", it would help if you added some more information:
What country are you in?
What kind of nurse is this, a GP nurse or a nurse in a nursing home or hospital?
Why does she prevent you from visiting your doctor?

It would also be good to start a new thread with your question. If you need help working out how to post your own thread, just let us know!

"I really want to ask for help! My nurse categorically prevents me from visiting a doctor! I need to solve this problem! this forum is my last hope!"
you could just paste it into google translate

Apparently, I can help you, so I will answer in Russian (I'm not sure I'll translate it correctly)

Hi @Igor288700 ,

Welcome to the forum.
I’ve given you your own topic.as per your reply above.
I happen to have some pretty speedy translation software in my browser app, however, we encourage our forum community to use English as a common language to communicate on the forum.

@Zhnyaka thanks for your kind help. Please stick around..

@Igor288700 , what medications have you been prescribed for your diabetes?

endocrinologist)
Hi Igor,
I see that you live in Jyväskylä, Finland. The Finnish healthcare system is very good, so I am sorry to hear that you are having problems. The Finns are used to treating foreign nationals, and would be able to find translators as there are many Russian-speaking people living in Finland.

I have type 1 diabetes and live the UK. In this part of England, my diabetes is mainly treated by diabetes specialist nurses, but I see the diabetes specialist doctor (who is an endocrinologist) approximately once a year. I am perfectly happy with seeing the nurses because they would refer me to the endocrinologist if they could not help. Seeing the nurses enables me to live with diabetes.

When you say that this forum is your 'last hope', I guess that you are not happy with the nurse. Is she/he a diabetes specialist nurse? What treatment do you think a doctor could offer you that the nurse did not?

I do not understand Russian, so I cannot tell what Zhnyaka's advice to you was, but I hope that has helped.

thank you! THANK YOU VERY MUCH TO EVERYONE WHO ANSWERED!!!! no. this nurse is in our reception center for refugees. she has absolutely no idea what diabetes is and therefore shows some forms of bullying and humiliation towards me. it's not pleasant for me. as long as we do not have permanent documents, we cannot turn to narrow-profile specialists and an endocrinologist ourselves. and only after you turn to the nurse, she decides whether you need a doctor or not! my blood sugar - photo in the aforum - 20,1. the nurse looks at me during a conversation with her and says that tomorrow you will be at the doctor. tomorrow lasts half a year... I'm already sick and tired of visiting the ambulance office. they help me there all the time... they say maybe we should call the police what kind of mess is going on with you. they kill a person with sugar in front of everyone... what should I do next??? for diabetes, I take januvia 100mg. once a day + jardins 25mg. once a day and the ambulance added + injection of insulin lantus solostar 10 units once a day. sugar began to decrease to 13.5 mmol

Hello,

I use Lantus myself. This is an insulin to stabilise the base line & to work with any liver dump of glycogen? It’s not really designed to work with meals/food.. I use a separate fast acting insulin for the food consumed.

What diet are you eating?

a very small allowance and it is very difficult to afford individual dishes! we have a big family, we have 4 small children. my wife helps me a lot and restricts me in certain dishes. the problem is that it is not possible to get to the doctor. complete disregard of recommendations from the ambulance by our nurse. she replies that she has her own instructions and the worse it is for me or us - she has a bonus or a salary increase for this. the situation is very conflictual.... the Google translator does not work well.

if my copies of the tests and the sugar level in the hospital registration are needed on the forum, I will be happy to show them and provide them to everyone. once again, thank you all very much - who responded!!!!

I am sorry to hear that you had to leave Ukraine. It would have been difficult for you and your family. I hope that you can return home soon.

How long ago were you diagnosed with type 2 diabetes? Was the diagnosis made when you were still living in Ukraine?

In a previous post you mentioned that to see an endocrinologist it would be three months, and to see a cardiologist is four months. If it is not an emergency, we usually have to wait. As an example, I have been waiting for eight months to see a cardiologist in southern England, but I have just had a telephone call from the hospital to say that they still cannot give me a date for an appointment. Also, I know someone in Finland who has been told that the waiting time for a foot operation will be about a year. Good luck!

Hi Igor,
Are your blood glucose reading starting to go down to a healthier range? I was relived that ambulance paramedics had given you insulin. I do hope that someone will put you in contact with a diabetes specialist nurse to treat you, while you are waiting to see an endocrinologist.
It is very difficult to give you advise from UK, when I don't know how the Finnish health care system works. Good luck.
