Don't panic met is a drug that works by building up in your body so missing a dose will not make much difference.
Do you take it once a day - if so I would just take it with your next meal, if you take it twice a day I would personally just miss a dose and take your evening one as normal.
I have missed met both accidentally and intentionally and it made no difference to my numbers
Thanks for the reply. I take it twice a day. I panicked too much so I ate something small and took the pill. I am supposed to take it at breakfast and dinner. Am in a 2 week process of increasing till I take 4 a day. Although, eating better and on 2 a day I am seeing better results when testing. Dont really want to take so many pills a day.
