Hi,
I have been on insulin for just over a week and 10 mins ago, after having had my tea, I realised I hadn't taken my insulin. What an idiot!!!
What do I do now? Do I take it now or do I wait till tomorrow morning?
I am injecting twice a day with Mixtard 30. 10 units in a morning and 8 at teatime!
My BS was 11.5 just now, 10 mins after my tea.
I'm really worried now and I can't talk to anyone so I'm hoping there are some old hands who will advise me.
