Forum app not working

Hi for the past week I cannot log into the forum app on my mobile. It's saying it is not supported by taptalk. Anyone else having issues. I've deleted and reinstalled app. Still no luck.

An android. Its saying Tapatalk not available. I can launch the app. But it won't let me log in. If I try to go to the app via an email link it opens and then crashes.
 
It sounds like an issue with your phone - try following these steps and let me know if the issue remains:

Settings -> Apps -> DCUK Forum -> Clear Cache -> Clear Data -> Uninstall - then reinstall the app from the play store.

I've tried it on a couple of Android phones this morning and it looks to be working fine to me. However, I will investigate the crash logs and see if our developer can shed some light on the issue. Meanwhile, feel free to browse the forum from your phone's browser. The forum is fully mobile compatible
 
Online I sign in using my Facebook account, The APP is asking me to sign in using username and password. It is not accepting a password. Wont reset password either.
 
Social sign-in is something we're currently having some difficulties with. We're working with our developers to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. It may be best to just use your mobile browser for now if you can't sign in.
