hopefully I've got this bit right though, so whilst you were there your BG level went from 20.9 down to 2.9 - ummmm......if your body isn't working the insulin then how did that happen???!
there is an old one thas "ASSUME makes an ASS of U & ME", leave them to assume an we need to work out the answer. May be the brand of insulin that is causing the problems.i think by taken it for granted
hi calories and carb levels have been instructed by diabetic clinicI think the carbs in your diet are much too high. Give them a break for a couple of weeks and see if your levels stabilise. Are you testing yourself?

its how poor health etc is for once im doin as im told lolThe Calorie level isn't high but the carbs are, what is their reason for this? Honestly I'd cut out or seriously reduce the carbs, by the sound of it you've got nothing to loose.
