I use wipes but usually don't need anything to help keep the sensor on. I did buy one individual Tegaderm patch on ebay in case I needed it but it didn't help much on the occasion I needed it. Instead of forking out for a box of Tegaderms I'd just get a couple in case they are needed. Last time I had an issue with the sensor staying on I got some kinesiology tape and cut it to size, I found it much better than the Tegaderm, but have only used it the once so far.
