I use the hardshell sensor covers, which come with Kovoq adhesive patches. The hardshell works really well and can be used with other brands of patches. On the occasions when the sensor has come off, I reported it to Freestyle and they have always sent a new sensor out.I have a freestyle libre II, but, after only three days it is starting to come off. I protected it with clingfilm for my shower, as I always do. The sensor is on the back of my arm close to my underarm, so that it doesn't catch on things, what am I doing wrong?
I get mine through prescription at the moment. We’ve just been re-ordering them. Should I ring Libra when it happens again next time? I mean freestyle?I had one come off before I'd even activated it! They still replaced it swiftly and free of charge.
Just call them
I'd say so. Then they bear the cost of replacing faulty ones, rather than the NHSI get mine through prescription at the moment. We’ve just been re-ordering them. Should I ring Libra when it happens again next time? I mean freestyle?
