You can sometimes get the odd bleeder. You can use the inside of the arm too. Works well for me but not the site Abbott recommends.I have put the sensor in but and I know this is gonna sound gross, but I had to wipe it cos I blead. Is that normal? I had to place it slightly higher up on my arm due to moles - not the fury kind!
Check the accuracy of the reading with finger pricks too, periodically, and if a reading seems at odd with what you think it will be. I had one sensor gave consistently high readings that were totally inaccurate. Abbott said it was likely due to the more than normal bleeding on insertion. Did you set up a libreview account on the app? From memory switching on location helps?Mmm bit late now but okay for next time. Tried activating with phone and its not having it. Might leave it till tomorrow and see if its the same, bit sore now
Right well I have just turned my wifi off and its synced after trying for what seems to be a lifetime! I will see how it goes with the sensor readings and I will still prick my fingers - reluctantly although I feel I have been stabbed good style in the arm at the moment!
