We order takeaway on Friday to take time off from cooking. Last week I would have not cared and ordered what I fancy. Now I am not so sure so advice appreciated. I find dishes with sauce quite often have added sugar or cornstarch in them even if the traditional recipes don’t. restaurants use cornstarch to thicken and sugar to enhance the dishes.
