Im travelling to Oz at the warmest time of the year, I was wondering if any1 has any advice on hoe to control my diabetes, my important question is about cool bags for my medication, i bought a large frio bag but id probably need another 20 2 fit everything in, i had a look at cool gel packs you can buy, so was thinking on buying a normal cool bag and using this, any other ideas or advice would be much appreciated?
