frozen banana

I'm gonna make oat bran shake. ingredients say 1 frozen banana. would that be less carbs than non frozen?

It would be the same amount of carbs. The only thing that may change would be the weight of the banana as ice weighs less than water. Even that change would be insignificant if you were to calculate the carb content per 100g.
