Nothing wrong with frozen meat and its often less expensive than fresh meat and obviously it keeps longer Stuff like mince chicken portions sausages etc are great to have in the freezer at home you have always got something to make a meal with if you are not able to get to the shops for any reason

If I know it's all real meat then I find nothing wrong with frozen. In the case of mince I usually make my own since once you can't identify it as being a part of an animal then additives can be put in it and you are not absolutely sure which animal. (Mind you, there's nothing wrong with horse. Very nutritious.) Frozen chicken is something I eat a lot of but it comes in identifiable pieces.
