Yet again I see someone suffering with these symptoms. In the US it has long been linked to low B12 additive or chemical whatever.
Just try 2 teaspoons of marmite with each meal for a weekend. i am betting that many of the symptoms subside.
Our diabetic doctor poopooed my remarks but sent a person who she thought I did not know for tests and he was low, he was prescribed the 1000ug per day and suddenly after a week or so of B12 the person stopped having the frozen shoulder, the clicky finger as mine had stopped and as a side effect his "alzheimers" improved... significantly!
A supplier had had the same problem for many years and walked around like a cripple, he had the marmite for 3 days and on the Monday he was standing upright and was able to lift the car tyres again.
I am not saying that B12 solves the problem, oh no I must not say that, it was my curative suggestion that made the difference.
The B12 pills do not seem as effective as the liquid 1000ug of the stuff, probably because being dearer the suggestion of paying more works better.
If of course after trying the 1000ug of B12 and you do feel better, do remember that the doctors will tell you its a load of oarlocks and just my powers of suggestion! That of course I believe is a load of oarlocks!
Anyway do try my suggestion and come back on here and let us know if the powers of suggestion work! (Or the B12 if thats what you believe! Seems funny that the US do say that though!)
