I can eat 3 oranges and I don't get pain in my eye.
But if I eat one digestive biscuit I can feel the pressure in my eyes go up.
I really need to get myself a meter and I will when I can but it's just something I notice.
I guess this doesn't really mean much... just interesting. Wondered if anyone else gets this.
I eat the oranges for a source of vitimin C, which I combine with L-Arginine to boost Nitrogen Oxide, which in turn boosts circulation. I've found it's actually been working enough to stop my hands going numb when waking up but I don't like the fructose in it.
Well, yes. As the article you linked to explains, fructose is metabolised differently from glucose (and thus starch, which is lots of glucose molecules chained together).
