All I can say is you need to test different fruits with your meter. A few people can manage small portions of a few different fruits. Others can't. Only your meter can tell you if you can.
It is generally unwise to have fruit as a snack. It is best to have it as part of a meal, and with yogurt or cream. I can manage a few blackberries, or raspberries, or strawberries, or blueberries, or half an apple. If you can cope with berries, there is no reason why you can't have a small portion with each meal. You don't need to restrict yourself to once a day, but please use your meter to tell you.
