Fudge Recipe Suggestions

Hello there,

I am in a new relationship with someone who has diabetes. She mentioned to me that she has a sweet tooth and since her diagnosis she has really missed eating fudge.

I would love to be able to make her some diabetic friendly fudge, if anyone has any ideas or good recipes?

Is your new partner Type 1 or 2? .. the answer to your question may depend on that piece of info.
 
Thanks for the replies. She is type 2....as for what specific medication, I am honestly not sure of the specifics other then she has to take tablets everyday.

look on Pinterest, or Google low carb fudge, there are a few, but they all have fake sugar which isn't cheap. Bear in mind that xylitol if used is toxic to dogs.
