My store cupboard is mainly, canned tuna, sardines and mackerel, canned coconut cream, a box of splenda and baking supplies such as bicarbonate of soda, baking powder etc. I have 8 medium sized boxes that are all full of my foods, all my flours, nuts, seeds, flax, bullion, herbs, spices etc. I also have two sets of shelving that have all my herb and spice jars, flax, flour most of what I keep in the boxes, but ready to hand, the boxes are where I store the bigger bags, boxes etc. The shelves also hold all my oils, vinegars, lemon and lime juice and other artificial sweetners etc. I then have a rack fixed to the side of the cupboard where I keep odd things like salt and pepper shakers, gelatine, creamed coconut and herbs and spices that I don't have my own jars for etc. So, I only have a shelf in the kitchen, while everything else I can't have is in the rest.
The fridge is mainly my things, as I do tend to always eat fresh produce, and not any packaged, maybe an odd bit of cheese once in a while.
