Just some advise please I was diagnosed in July this year, they said Type 1 but then the doctor put me on Lantus and metaformin.
I was really confused so when I went in to have foot operation I asked them to do GAD antibody test to finally find out what type I was.
My results came back on wednesday and they were 2000.0 normal is 5 so they have said i am type 1 but could the insulin i take affect the results
