hi, is it even possible to gain 4 pounds in a day? ok it was easter and i did eat terribly...
6am natural greek yogurt and berries
7am 3k jog 5k bike in gym
9am 3xlinseed toast 2xfried eggs
1pm 2xgerman frankfurters
2-3pm 6x 70% dark chocolate squares
6pm roast gammon (loads),chicken,veggies(loads).
8pm atkins bar
9pm dog walk 30mins
about 6 glaases of water
about 6 cups of various green teas
ok that was an awful lot of food but can it make me put on 4 pounds? thats like 2 weeks work down the drain
I fluctuate by +\- 3lbs per day. I always weigh myself first thing in the morning. Apparently you're at your lightest then! And it also coincides with me being in my pjs, so roughly the same clothes each time.
My close friend is a dietician, she says it's completely normal and is based on my pretty varied diet. Water retention, hormones, all that stuff plays a part.
If you're on a diet is guess you eat similar things most days? That should mean a steady weight, or hopefully weightloss!
I've heard that it takes three days for weight to go on if you have eaten too much. Just done a quick search on Google but can't find any evidence of this.
