Gaining better control

Hi everyone, I'm new to the forum.

I have developed a excel spreadsheet to help people to gain better control of their blood sugars.

I have used it and I personally believe it has helped me.

The spreadsheet is aimed at people with T1 Diabetes and anyone that can input data into excel.
