Gary Taube's The Case Against Sugar Book

Probably not unless you are not fully convinced that sugar is unhealthy

I do not know about that book but I am finding 'Diabetes Unlocked' by various authors a great book, especially for me as a recently diagnosed T2.

I have read both, I was surprised, it felt like Taubes had changed his mind since 'Good Calories ...' and was more convinced that it is Sugar that is the problem, not carbohydrates.
As NoCrbs4Me states, unless you are not convinced or interested, nothing really new. I found it interesting though.
