Dear All,

Is there anyone else suffering with Gastrinitis, I was wondering other than tablets do you know any other tricks to help digest food easier, any suggestions will be great help from someone with experience with this if you can give me ideas to get better please. Thank you,

I have some inflammation in my stomach due to being diagnosed with gastrooesophageal reflux disease. I take a proton pump inhibitor tab daily. I've tried a few of them. I'm currently on Pariet.
