I used to suffer from gastroparesis something terrible, some days it was worse than others, but I never got any days off at all, not a single one - but then again my bg was always in the 20s.
Have your sugars been fluctuating recently, assuming you do test yourself, do you see any connection there? I found when it was particularly bad savoury drinks would help me, not even cup a soup, but just pure water based things like Marmite in hot water or soup stock powder like Kallo or Swiss Bouillon Marigold stock, sipping it slowly used to help me with the nauseous feeling. On days when my bowels played up to add to the misery I found taking acidophilus caps helped me too, I drink home made kefir now, but in the good old days I couldnt even keep a so called healthy yoghurt down.
This gastroparesis thing really is a wretched condition to have, are you taking benfotiamine, alpha lipoic acid and magnium baths? I found these remedies really helped plus of course in my case losing excess weight and very low carb to keep my sugars well controlled.
I hope you feel better soon, I really do feel for you.
