So trying to get my blood sugar down at the moment which I am managing but its driving me nuts while my body is adjusting to new lower blood sugar levels. Last week anything under 10 I became a shakey mess struggling to complete even the simplest task. Slowly been able to drop my blood sugar lower and lower but seem to have hit a brick wall at 5 my diabetic nurse recommended staying between 4-7 before meals 4-9 after but anything under 5.5 and I am in such a state. Had to get someone else to put the needle on my pen at dinner as just couldn't do it.
However I understand its something that I am going to have to put up with while my body is adjusting to BS levels under 30 which was what I was admitted to hospital with, as if I give in and have a snack or something its not going to help me adjust to new lower levels of blood sugar just when I get like this I am finding it so frustrating and struggle to accomplish simple tasks for example last night buttering some crackers I got more butter on my hand than on my crackers. looking forward to this being over. Doctor reckons another week or so grr
Took me 2 months to get from 31 down below 12 without feeling like ****. Just over 3 months now and feel happy with low BGs. Don'sweat it, you'll get there.

I'm not sure you need to rush it. My DN told me to ease off the insulin when I told her how I was feeling.
I agree, was admitted with low thirty bs and felt totally bobbins with anything under 6 for a good few weeks. You'll get there soon enough, chin up love
Went to hospital with 45, brought it down quickly and suffered from very painful and serious nerve endings damage in my feet. Two years later the feet are ok, and overall feeling loads better, and have put on the 3 stone I lost. I feel hypo anything under 4.5, I guess this will get better over further time.
The false hypo's are a real pain, but once your body adapts to the lower bg levels all will settle down, just be sure to check your bg regularly so that you don't mistake a false hypo for a real one.
