Getting the hang of it!

Just to let you all know that after 4 weeks of trial and error I feel I am beginning to get the hang of low carbing: lunch today was mushroom soup, 3 chipolatas, 1 grilled tomato, 2 burgen slices with Olivio spread - 2 hrs after 6.1, 3 hours after 5.5. similar readings with other foods over the past week. A relief to know that I can have a decent filling lunch with no negative consequences. I just need the continual hunger pangs gnawing at my tum to diminish and I will be feeling very positive about all this!
Thanks for all your help and suggestions so far.
 
Once you get used to fewer carbs and smaller portions you will lose the hunger pangs.

Stick with it you are doing well.
