Type 1 Glargine product lifespan

Hi I use Glargine abasaglar, I’m on a low doseage and find I don’t finish the whole thing off before it’s expired. Does anyone else experience the product becoming less potent towards the end of the 30 day product life?

I used to get through a pen in about 2 weeks so it wasn't an issue for me personally bu I'm sure that I've seen other people comment that is sometimes starts to fade after around 21 days.
