I suspect not, as the glucagon wont stay stable in liquid form. Am I right in thinking that research is ongoing to fix this problem so it can be used in insulin pumps for the closed loop system? I'm sure I read this somewhere but wont guarantee itNot too sure if there is an alternative to the Glucagon Injection Kit.

I can't use glucagon due to having Addison's disease, so not really followed the market that much. OP's Mum needs to call an ambulance if can't manage would be safer for her and hubby I would have thought. Not sure tbh, but it would be a great step forward as the Glucagon Kit is rather fiddly to use, especially for someone like the OP's mum.

oops -- just back from a 2 week visit to the USA999 might be a better option in the UK
