Glucophage SR (metformin) 500mg & Momordica

I have Diabetes 2 and I am taking one Glucophage 500mg every evening I have heard that Momordica is also good for lowering the blood sugar levels. Can I take Momordica with Metformin?
 
Hi delightduldan.

Momordica, bitter melon, has good and bad reviews. Some hail it as the best glucose control whilst others say it is snake oil.
Keep an eye on blood sugars and if it works for you then they may go very low with the added Metformin.
