Well done Daks. Brilliant results. I'm waiting on the results of my first HbA1c since my diagnosis and, although I know they will be good, they'll not be in your league. What an inspirational post!

My latest hba1c 5.2 and weight now down to 13st 7lbs from 16st 8 lbs and bs of 28.7 now ave' 4.8
