Thank u guy's I couldn't have done it without you. I didn't know what to do I felt alone and hopeless and this forum was truly a blessing to me . I wissh I could cook a nice meal for all of u spinach grilled salmon a little bake sweet potatoes and some apple crisp made with splenda brown sugar show u how we do it it New York
