It just goes to show how strain and stress can make matter worse. Please be kind to yours @eldergarth . You cannot eliminate all stress and strain but now aware of it, keep it in mind. As a worker we have put ourselves in positions were we have overworked our bodies and pushed it to it's extremes. Research heavy on diabetes due to stress and fruit sugar in foods and drinks causing liver to be catalyst of insulin resistance.
Knowledge is power. I've battered the fruit in the past to stop/satisfy cravings and messed with my liver. I have huge insulin resistance but knowledge is helping me reduce it even without weight loss.
Tests on stress hormone influencing diabetes is very hit and miss, because stress on our bodies is hit and miss otherwise we would explode with it all.
@tina_marie and @eldergarth find a spa treatment place or pool to just relax those joints in. Warm pool as a cold one kicked off my scatica so useless. Relaxation is now your full-time job guys! Enjoy. ♡♥♡
 
Thanks everyone for your good wishes, my trial run went well yesterday so I'm not feeling as nervous today. My interview is at 2pm so I'm spending the morning preparing for it

Chillier this morning in S Glos, although it's quite bright and sunny. There's a lot more cloud about today, though, and my ankles and wrists are telling me we might be in for a bit of the wet stuff.

Morning all seizure again last night not as bad I don't think as night before .managed to get appointment to see my doc today to see about getting my care moved to QMC

Good morning everyone. Red sun this morning, rain on the way. Managed a dry walk this morning though I think the later one will be rather wet. Hope it's a good day for all
 
Morning. Same weather as Lizanne. Going to try getting out and about on my own today...if I stay in any longer I will go stir crazy lol. Being in hospital and recovering usually means I've saved money so going to treat and pamper myself today. I keep thinking it's Friday lol...

Ooooofff!! I found this when I came out of the bathroom this morning - there must be a fat pigeon around here somewhere with a massive headache now!
(And thank goodness I wasn't in the room at the time he connected with the window, or I would probably have **** myself - it's bad enough when the bluetits do it!)

Have had that on the windscreen when I was a truck driver Debs it was so comical when it happened it was like slow mo and the look on its face I know shouldn't laugh but I had to pull over at next layby I was laughing that much

Did the pigeon make it? This one appears to have done - there's no sign of him anywhere except his impression on the window.

Don't think it did Debs it cracked the screen and my boss wasn't laughing when got back to yard even though I was when I was trying to tell him how it happened doing the splat against the screen act with my arms spread out like wings can still picture it now
 
Poor pigeon... but I can totally visualise your explanation! LOL

Morning all quiet night last night
got my PIPS form finished last night and got my note from my doc so can claim ESA now .
@ellagy it hasn't affected my levels had my jab the other week .
