Good Morning

10/12 - Good Morning from a bright and warm'ish York. Hope everyone is well today. Had over 5 hours out shopping and stuff yesterday and think I over did it, having not been out for 2weeks. Took me forever it seemed to get out of bed this morning! Didn't have a good peaceful sleep and in Pain this morning with my Back, Hips, Knees and my Feet are tingling! But, not reaching for the Morphine - definitely off that for good.
Sorry folks this is a grumpy, moany posting.
 
Moan away William. We are here to support you. You're doing marvellously mate!
Next time build up gradually hun. Mind you i should take the same advice. I keep over doing it and that's when im left feeling very ill.
You keep me right and I'll do the same.
I'm going to try and go out a small amount everyday then build up. You too?

Morning, peeps!
Cool, wet and soggy here in S Glos this morning. I'm supposed to be working today, but I've been dipping in and out of the forum (worried I might miss something, LOL!), so I should knuckle down now.
My little mate popped by to say hello just now (well, no, actually - he doesn't give a stuff whether I'm here or not, he's only interested in the nuts, but that doesn't stop me from chatting to him ).

Good morning everyone. Can't tell what the weather's like today yet as it's still dark up here 8.30am Big family celebrations today as it's a Big birthday for hubby. Hope we have enough chairs for everyone Wishing everyone a good day with minimal pain

11/12 - Good Morning from a damp, dreary York. (Had a lay in till 10am) But got up at 9am and tested which was 11.9 much better than yesterday's atrocious 14 .2! Feel much better today - might even put Christmas Tree together?
@13lizanne - Anna, Have sent Happy Birthday Wishes for your Hubby in an email and hope you all have a fantastic Family day .
