Good Morning

Well I didn't go back to bed! I went shopping and then swimming. I swam the equivalent of 30 lengths and came home for lunch.
 
Well done @mo53 you'll be feeling great now. After our abortive attempt to shop this morning hubby is now buying timber for a new garden fence online. He'll be going to pick up son no 3 in a minute so I'm off to prepare dinner + make sure that all the ornaments are lined up precisely Enjoy the rest of the day everyone
 
Good morning all, had a late breakfast today had an upset stomach for 3 days again, so doctor changed my Metformin started the Metformin SR yesterday. No rain here but damp and miserable, oh well need to get off this laptop and get some housework done, have a good day to you all.

Hi mo53, I know the feeling, this is one of those days for me where I can not get motivated. need to get at least something done as I am back on the school run tomorrow.

Wish I could at least fall asleep sometime in the day I don't even sleep through at night no matter what time I go to bed, tried going to bed early tried going later tried reading still up and down like a yo yo !
 
Good morning everyone miserable rainy day here too. Been to lidls, got the wash into the tumble dryer, fell out with husband. ah well!

Just heard from son's key worker, his nose is broken from the fall yesterday, I said it looked bent in hospital but did they listen? Did they heck
@liam1955 sorry to see you've had to go back on your other med but you have to keep your BG levels down and yourself well. Pampering day for you today my lad
