15/3/16. - Good Morning from a dull, overcast York.

Thank you liam1955 Not too bad just been up in night aching all over can not think what could be wrong, feel like I have been to the Gym [ which I don't go ] Lots of strange things happen to our bodies as we get older I think.
 
Hi there, The nice GP, got me an appointment at my own hospital's emergency eye clinic at 1pm ( I am under Southampton, but such a trek). I was examined and the dr said I have a scratch and gave me eye drops, 3 x a day for 5 days, so hoping that will clear it up, the GP told me not to work today, so back to normal tomorrow.

Good morning, I'm resisting getting up. Technically I should be in work, but I worked late last night. I can feel that my body is sore for my 10km walk yesterday. Today I might not walk so far.

Good morning from rainy Scotland. Busy day for me today, grocery shop followed by lunch with friends then home in time for meal with other friends. Never see people for months then- two lots at once . Hope everyone has a great day.
